    newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be  permitted

    transferred in such a manner, you will be contacted in advance and  informed

    i.           Nexia Baker & Arenson may use Cookies, to  temporarily
    store information in an anonymous form, on the Web Site to allow us  to
    identify each visitor to the Web Site. We are using a ‘session cookie’ on
    the site which is not a coded Cookie and does not collect any personal or
    sensitive data. These cookies are automatically deleted once the user has
    ended  their visit on the site.  These Cookies are integral to the Services

    about  your use of our Web Site (including your IP address) is processed by
